Asian movie starts and celebrities are not only found in martial arts movies anymore. Many of then have starred in many different types of films, both comedies and dramas. One of them is Hong Kong actor Chow Yun Fat, known for his collaborations with director John Woo, as well as Hollywood films such as The Corruptor and the Replacement Killers.

Another one is Chinese actress Bai Ling, who has appeared in movies like Anna and the King, Wild Wild West and Shaolin soccer. Another popular actress of Taiwanese descent is Lucy Liu, known for her roles in Chicago, Kill Bill and TV series Ally McBeal.
